National Retina Institute Closure
National Retina Institute will no longer see patients effective January 1st, 2025. After over 30 years of dedicated service to our patients and community, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the trust you’ve placed in us over the years. It has been our privilege to care for you and your loved ones, and we are honored to have been a part of your health journey. We will be available to help you transition your care and transfer your medical records to another provider. Thank you for allowing us to serve you, and we wish you health and happiness in the years ahead.
In order to provide the best opportunity for continuity of your care, we can offer you the following alternatives:
- Continue your care at Katzen Eye Group with Dr. Joseph Harlan or Dr. Michael Grodin
- You may consult with your insurance carrier for an alternative eye care provider
- You may visit www.aao.org where you can search for a provider in your area
If you have an appointment scheduled with the National Retina Institute after December 31, 2024, we will call to cancel it.
